How To Register

Eligibility
You are eligible for membership in Club 2G if all the following three conditions are met:

At least one of your parents is/was a Holocaust Survivor
You were born after the end of WWII (after May 7, 1945)
You are 60 years or older (or married to someone who is)

How to register
Registration can only take place through a personal visit to the Club 2G office and an interview with a staff member. Your photo will be taken for a membership card. Our office hours are: Monday-Thursday, 10 am – 3 pm

Please be prepared to provide the following information:

  1. Picture ID
  2. Name, address, phone number, and date of birth
  3. Name and country of birth of your Holocaust Survivor parent(s)
  4. Name and phone numbers (home, work, cell) of a contact person who can be called upon in case of emergency
  5. Name and phone number of your primary physician
  6. A complete list of any prescription medications in the event of a medical emergency

All information is kept strictly confidential.
